Confirm the branch of the lending institution which was selected by the customer to allocate his/her mortgage file.
Give the customer the name of the Financial Services Manager or bank representative who will be handling his/her file and all of this needs once the mortgage has totally been finalized. Schedule an appointment if required with the financial Services Manager or Bank representative of the selected branch.
