  • Answer all the customer’s questions
  • Confirm the branch of the lending institution which was selected by the customer to allocate his/her mortgage file.
  • Give the customer the name of the Financial Services Manager or bank representative who will be handling his/her file and all of this needs once the mortgage has totally been finalized
  • Schedule an appointment if required with the Financial Services Manager or bank representative of the selected branch.
